What does the fee structure look like?

Flat broker fee, agreed before we start. No percentage scaling — we're not incentivized to push the price up. GoDaddy's checkout handles the transaction with no separate fees beyond their listed processing.

Do you actually negotiate down or just pass on the seller's number?

We negotiate hard against comparables and the seller's likely floor. Average closes land below initial ask. We also know when an offer is final and won't waste your time chasing a no.

Can I stay anonymous through the whole process?

Yes. We use holding entities and privacy proxies on request. Your identity surfaces only when you choose — typically after the GoDaddy checkout clears.
